Welcome to our consultation website for proposals to the west of East Tilbury in Thurrock, close to the former BATA factory. The area is around 74 ha in size, bounded by East Tilbury to the east and Linford village to the north, separated by the railway line.

Mulberry Land are bringing forward a plan for the area including new homes and community facilities, together with significant infrastructure improvements to ease congestion and provide a new bridge over the railway line.

You may be aware of the proposals, as they were first consulted on back in 2015. You can read more about the background here.
